Metal bits lay strewn about my garage and front yard.
I think the most satisfying thing was actually cutting it in half. It was a lot of fun cutting other bits and trying to kick the windshield out but that was by far the best.
Now, on to building!
Build diary of my Locost 7 (Lotus 7) clone. It is named after the SR-71 Blackbird spy plane. I started planning for this project in March 2009.
For any project like this, there will be many people along the way to give it support in one way or another. This is is just a small token of the thanks and appreciation I have to those individuals.
My wife - for letting me do this.
My Dad - for being willing to do anything he can for this project and fulfilling our lifelong dream of building a car together.
Gary M. - for letting me borrow his 2 ton hydraulic jack and engine stand.
